Who we are
Oakbeam Capital LLC, a Wyoming company at 1910 Thomas Road, Cheyenne, WY 82009, is a commercial financing broker. We help US businesses apply for merchant cash advances and similar funding from our funding partners. We do not lend or fund advances ourselves.
What we collect
From you: your name, phone number, email, business name and details, the owner details on the application (including date of birth, home address and Social Security number), your signature, and the bank and card-processing statements you upload.
From others: contact details from lead providers you shared them with, public information about your business, and credit reports when you authorize them.
Automatically: basic device and usage data when you visit this site.
How we use it
To review your request, prepare your file, send it to funding partners, contact you about it, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
We use software to read the numbers in your bank statements (deposits, balances, existing payments). A person on our team checks the result before your file is sent.
Who we share it with
Funding partners who review your file and may make you an offer.
Service providers that run our business: our customer relationship system, our email and phone providers, our workflow automation provider, and an AI document-reading provider that does not use your files to train its models. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Your documents
Statements and application details are stored in our customer relationship system, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the advisor handling your file and the business owner can open them. We don't keep copies in email or chat. We keep files only as long as we need them to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Calls and email
We contact you by phone and email about your request and, if you are funded, about renewing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask your advisor on a call to stop contacting you, and we will. We do not send text messages.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your answers on this device while you apply. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to legal limits. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. To make a request, contact us below.
